The guys worked really hard and stayed over to finish. Everyone was really nice. Communication was great. Later we found that there was lots of empty space left in the truck (big voids), lots of surface damage to finished furniture (blankets not used much, metal on wood, a punctured mattress, etc.) after the drive, and none of the ropes were used to secure things. It was a 300 mile trip so things needed to be secured; they knew. After a while I think they just threw stuff in. I’d definitely not use this company again.
