Man named Chris asked for confirmation number upon scheduling time and date. Ignored multiple calls and texts day of load and never showed up. My friends had to come and load the truck for me. I am a senior woman who was left with no help until my friends sent their kids.

Abysmal experience. After assisting with the 'pack' portion of the move, went to lunch and never returned - texts went unanswered and calls went straight to voicemail. I lost money on the truck I'd rented and had to rent a cargo van to complete the load+unload portion of the move on my own. The low hourly rate isn't worth the stress of having to frantically hire competent, reliable movers after these guys ghost you.

Booked for 2 hrs but needed them longer, Chris said he had to go take care of his car but promised he'll be back and wanted the payment code. Informed him I would pay for the extra hrs and give them a tip. He insist on leaving and promised he'll be back. After providing the payment code, he didn't call or return to provide me further help. They missed out on more pay for extra hrs and a $100.00 dollar tip each!
