The way the truck was loaded was absolutely unacceptable. Everything was in complete disarray and the movers who unloaded my truck (and myself) were astonished that more wasn't broken. The standing mirror separated from its' frame, and the frame cracked in 3 pieces. The drawer of the nightstand broke off and the wood split. The bulb socket on the lamp fell off and is dented. The vanity mirror completely shattered and the upholstered top of the vanity stool fell off of its' base. Glass from the shattered mirror got all over both couches and several cushions had to be thrown away. When I opened the door to the truck three boxes fell on top of me. When I offered furniture pads to set glass pieces on top of, they refused to use them. I have photos of just how poorly everything was packed.
