The two guys who showed up to help load my uhaul were awesome! They moved quickly and took great care of my furniture. I would definitely use their services again. The contact person (number listed in the profile) is not responsive at all. I had to call several times and send several emails to even make initial contact.

I was very disappointed in the services that were to be provided. I paid for 2 helpers and only one showed and we essentially(myself and my roommate) ended up helping him unload the truck ourselves. This also caused me to leave work early because I know I only had 2 hours to have the move done. Then every time we called the main mover, it was always I'm on the way, but then he never showed. I do applaud the work who was there but ultimately I am very disappointed and will be contacting customer service about a refund

My 60in got broken and one of the guys let his team mate do all the work. He stopped to grt food and ate on my time and I had to pay an additional hour. Plus they showed up 30 mins late. Never using them again
