I would double confirming the time that you want them to arrive. I paid for 2 hours, but due to the smallness of my truck, they were there for about 50 minutes, as the inside dimensions of that size truck were wrng.

Apparently there was a scheduling error at their end. They called us ~30 minutes before their scheduled arrival (Sunday @ 1PM) and tried to cancel. We insisted they should help us Senior Citizens, but their 2 guys didn't arrive until 8PM. Unload of our 16' POD took only 1 hour and 11 minutes. Then
