Matt is great at his job. He communicated well and worked with me to schedule a different date when U-Haul didn’t have my reserved truck ready. However, on the rescheduled day, during the unloading process, the second worker left the job because he refused to carry our heavy items upstairs even though these items were listed on the reservation which also stated that there would be stairs. Matt unloaded the remaining items himself so I could return the U-Haul that day and returned on the next day with a different helper. I was overall pleased with the job but staffing issues seem like an issue at least some of the time.
