Horray for Javier! He and his assistant loaded a 300 lb. kiln into my U-Box, simply by lifting it with a strap and using leg and core muscles! I was amazed that everything that I planned to pack into the U-Box went into the U-Box. It wouldn't have happened without Javier and company.

The guys who delivered the U-Box were great. All the five stars are for them. UHaul and whoever put the box on the trailer backward so I can't open the door all the way to load? Not so great.

1. Arrived 2 hours Late 2. Called me in South Dakota to ask where a gas station was in California. 3. Arrived on site and made no call to let me know they arrived. 4. Left the premises without calling and left behind furniture. 5. Called on the road back and was told to go back to get on of the must
