Movers arrived almost 2 hours late and I had to call 3-4 times to find out why. I was detailed about everything needing loading on the truck, yet they loaded somewhat haphazardly and didn't fit everything into a larger ABF truck than the 26 ft uhaul I had used for exactly the same items a year ago. While they worked hard once they arrived, their significant delay and then not fully loading all items they were informed about both in person and when booking the reservation means I would not give a solid recommendation to using them - especially since they came somewhat unprepared and knew an appliance dolly was needed - yet didn't have any equipment (nor did they mention I would need to provide that). I have used uhaul moving help several times previously and never had any issues until now... and now I have to deal with moving the remaining items from 6 hours away thanks to them.

this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered when they showed up the movers first thing they said was our car broke down we left our tools and we don’t have a ride to unload you that should’ve been my first sign so what they did was they half ass loading me told me to meet them at the unload

Showed up with incorrect size vehicle to move items. Blamed website for not transferring info to him. Had to go and rent uhaul truck ourselves at our own cost. One day job turned into two day job, as he would not drive down once the vehicle was loaded. Wanted to come back next day.
