Sean was EXCELLENT in his communications, both at the time my appointment was made, and on day of the move. He offered to help assist in the connections of the washing machine and the dryer. However, during the move, there was a box that toppled over, when stacking boxes too high, on boxes that were not stackable. Items came crashing out of the box, and a picture frame was smashed. The good news is the most IMPORTANT furniture items were moved, without damage. He was flexible on his moving times, as U-Haul delayed my auto transport equipment acquisition, but Sean was able to accommodate a later time in the day. Very pleasant to work with, SJL.
