They had no experience & in the 1st hour what they loaded was incorrectly done. They broke several pieces of furniture so we stopped their service & sent them on their way. The entire job had to be unloaded & reloaded. A waste of time. They need a lot of training before going to another job

This experience was not pleasant. The gentleman that answered the phone (because I had to call them) when I initially called stated that he would be arriving at my new home at 3pm on that Saturday, and then never called me back. Then I received a random phone call from someone with an area code from the destination area and when I answered, it was someone I had never spoken to stating that they were going to help me move. I did not know who this person was so I hung up and called the listed number for the company, again, the gentleman who answered the phone stated that this was his person. Honestly it was a lot of unnecessary back and forth about the time and then when I paid for 2 people, only 1 showed up because his 'partner was sick, throwing up'. A second person finally did arrive, but they unloaded the boxes first and left little room for the furniture and left me with an overwhelming amount of work, when they could have made it so much easier. Would not recommend.
