I had to call the mover to find out what time they would arrive. I paid for 2 people. The morning of my move I was informed that only 1 person would be arriving. By then it was too late to do anything or get extra help with my move. The mover refunded me $50. That was less than I am owed. I paid $180. I am owed a $40 refund. I tried to seek help that day. U-Haul customer service transferred me to a line with an automated message that specifically said it could not help with my issue. Why was I transferred there? I am not happy. Would I like someone to contact me? Yes I would.
