The crew that showed up did an excellent job and were very polite. However the scheduling was not an easy and communicative as I would have liked and they did show up two hours too late.

They loaded the truck so poorly that I sent them home and my wife and I did a second load by ourselves. Scratched and dented my fridge by putting the ratch strap directly on the front of the stainless steel and then couldn't figure out how to get the strap off. Would never recommended this company.

The movers did not have a clue on what they were doing. Didn't know how to load a truck properly. Had to show them 4 times how to use a ratchet strap.
