The team was an hour and a half late due to a team member last minute cancellation. Was very helpful when they arrived. Took longer than 2 hours to move my 2 bedroom apartment. Charged me an additional $50 for being on the second floor and an additional $80 for an extra hour while giving me a $10 discount for the inconvenience or running an hour and a half late. Everything is packed pretty well. Should hold up for my 4 hour drive.

The one mover who showed up was great. Unfortunately his partner did not show, so I was the one who helped him move everything. Considering that, I wish I didnt have to pay full price. Mover was not on time.
