I contacted customer service of moving help when I had problems with the movers. Customer service gave me information to try and fix the concerns. The movers were not professional and I even have documented proof where they did not work the hours they were hired for. I reached out to the owner of the moving company to try and solve issues and he insisted he did his job. I lost money and trust in this moving company

This was the third company I tried, (for various reasons) when I reserved residential movers at 3pm, on a Friday and the uhaul had to be back Saturday morning, I was nervous I wouldn’t get any help; but Ricardo called me and said he was on another job but would get to me later in the evening. I didn’t even care how late as long as I could get my things unloaded. Him and Carlos came and unloaded my things; and they did it so well and professionally. When I tell you I was so very thankful (it’s an understatement) I really don’t know what I would have done had they not showed up! So book RESIDENTIAL MOVERS, you will not be disappointed!!!

They arrived 2.5 hours late. The beds were broken down and ready to move when they got there. My son removed the doors for them. During the move, Ricardo mentioned getting a good tip, was condescending and rude during all conversations. He, also, asked for gas money. He wouldn’t go to the unloading site until he was paid for 2 extra hours. They only worked 2 hours of the 3 they were paid for. We finally told them to go home and we’d unload ourselves. At this time, Ricardo asked me to write him a check for the job. I told him no, that I’d already paid him through Movinghelp. He was asking for $250 more dollars. I gave him $20 for gas when he asked for it. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend him. The other gentleman was polite and tried to do what Ricardo told him to do. We are not happy with the help we were supposed to receive. They were more of a hindrance than help!!!

They were quick to get back to me same day and were able to come help move when we were in a pinch! Very friendly and enjoyable to work with and they did an excellent job packing everything well and in a timely manner. They also were willing to stay and help an hour later than we originally requested. Will be using again in the future!
