Prompt and efficient. Lawrence & helper unloaded two U-boxes simultaneously onto several carts to elevators at ExtraSpace Storage in Berwyn, IL to a fourth floor locker in under two hours. Only problem was several large framed in glass photos or art were not packed in bubble wrap inside boxes two weeks earlier in Middletown, NY U-haul storage. My fault and fault of packers & movers in NY
