We contracted and used them on this move and they were fine. Then we contracted with them again to unload us on our 2nd trip a few weeks later and they were a NO SHOW! We have also heard of 2 other families they were a no show for in our neighborhood. Very disappointing and not a great time when you have a full truck of your belongings to unload and need to return it asap! If this happens to you, call Moving Help and they will help you find another mover quickly! Moving Help is great!

I do appreciate the guys for coming over and helping me. They completed the job in less than 45 minutes and didn't offer to help assemble the furniture. The communication could have been better here as well. I did not know if they would show, and then we pushed it to the next day due to illness. I think there is a problem with Uhaul and having such a wide window of when a box arrives. Not totally their fault.

They were great until I got out of the house for a bit, then they started stacking heavy boxes into little ones, they left boxes marked rooms in the garage, even though I paid for 3 hours and they left before the paid time, they could use that time to follow up giving the good service they were giving while I was present
