They overcharged me. They asked for "CASH" in addition to what I ordered through Uhaul. They said the order with Uhaul was not enough for the services they provide although Uhaul order page did not offer any options for different services. Deborah was wonderful, but one of the helpers broke my lamp during this move (I have photo evidence) and said nothing; I only found out when I was unpacking the uHaul. I do expect compensation for this.

The truck was loaded in a break neck half hour without regard for the care of my furniture. The kitchen table, dresser and desk were all significantly damaged. Quilts for packing not used. Awful! Late

The movers were very surly. They yelled at each other, swore at each other and one was clearly high. One worker asked us how much we'd paid the woman in charge as he said he would not be paid.
