Two inexperienced young men showed up. No practical experience on planning how to move furniture into a home. Had to stop them before they damaged fridge. Damaged a wall and stair rail and didn't tell me. Found damage after they left. Very unprofessional. Contacted company about a claim, haven'

Terrible job loading POD, damaged items, claimed all items wouldn't fit & left w/out a word. Had to hire crew from diff. comp. to come next day to unload/reload POD & everything fit! Expensive mistake
