Despite some issues with U-Haul's system, terrible weather, and an obnoxious driveway, the movers from NavaBros went above and beyond to help us out with unloading our U-Boxes and we couldn't be happier!

Everything was loaded into the UBOX within the allotted two hours. I was surprised it was a one man team, but he not only went through the trouble of navigating the road construction on my street, but he also loaded the UBOX very carefully and thoughtfully. The only challenge was that he showed up late, but one reason was because of a previous job he was finishing, and the other reason was because U-Haul didn't have the correct UBOX ready on time.

We did not know when to pick up the UHaul. The time changed 4 different times. The movers did not communicate with us when the changes happened, so we spent two days waiting.
