ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.NOT ONLY WERE THEY 2 HRS LATE GETTING THERE TO PACK, THEY LEFT OVER $1000 OF MY VALUABLES OUT OF THE 3 UBOXES GIVEN! DID I MENTION THEY FINISHED PACKING AT 7AM...THE NEXT DAY?!

Hour 1/2 late. Never called, I had to call.Took him four hours to pack two U-Boxes. No dolly. U-Haul had to come the next day to pick up boxes since he was running behind which caused me to run behind
