So grateful for the help. We scheduled two hours of labour to help load our U-Haul for a interprovincial move and it went so smooth. The gents that showed up were so kind, efficient, and skilled (loaded everything perfectly so that there was no damage whatsoever on the unloading end)! We would highly recommend Elite!

Absolutely awful!! Super slow place. 3 older men that moved painfully slow. Didn’t take off their boots and tracked mud throughout my brand new home. Ruined the basement walls and carpet. Used my bathrooms multiple times and sat down on my couch with every couple boxes brought inside. Absolutely ridiculous!! Then told me I had to pay for more time because they could not u load a 26ft truck in 2 hrs. Again ridiculous!! Threw my boxes out of the truck and damaged many items in the process and tried to blame it on the movers who loaded my truck..umm I watched you throw the boxes? Also took my nice dollie and left me there old damaged one.

The two guys we got out were fantastic, extremely polite and professional, started off with introductions and asked how I wanted the move to be done. Were very polite, asked questions as needed, and were able to get a lot done in the three hours I had booked! Only sad thing is I went to get them burgers as a thank you, and I got back after the job was done and they had gone back for the night! If anyone deserves a good burger after moving for three hours, it was those guys. Would get again, and would recommend in a heart beat.
