Called and schedule a time and met that time. Worked hard to get all of my items to fit into the POD. He really showed that he cared about doing a great job. I would hire this guy again in a shot!

No he complained I had too much stuff I was not upset until I saw how he threw my stuff around 95% of my stuff wrapped in plastic wrap or bubble wrap and he still damaged it

The movers were 3 hours late. Complained about moving things and took one additional hour to get everything moved. They complained about going up to the second floor. Furniture got scratched and torn
