We asked them to help us 2 days before the move date and they were really responsive. The whole process (pick up the ubox, loading and drop off) lasted only 1 hours. Will was very fast and I will definitely use him again!

Furniture is covered in scratches and paint from walls. Tables were dragged across the ground and pieces are now missing. One has a broken leg now. Of the two people that arrived, one was underage and had trouble lifting heavier objects. All around a rather terrible experience.
