Our movers (one in particular) were very slow, took constant breaks. It caused the loading and unloading to take much longer than anticipated. They were professional and courteous, but slow. We had a much more positive experience the last time we used Best Movers.

The boss, not on site, told the workers not to move the piano until I paid them more money above the piano move fee I added to the move. Boss told me that the workers would probably ask for more before they moved the piano. What's a little extortion among friends. Workers did not arrive on time, which was okay since the truck was late. Worker then complained and threatened to leave the job since he had to wait to get started. Everything made it in the house, but nothing felt good about the process. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone with current boss at the wheel.
