I asked him to come at 10AM and he wasn't there until 11:30AM. He made us go 6 extra miles just so he can comfortably get to his car despite us paying the $40 fee for his transportation when we booked

The driver was totally inept at parking trailer.He just could not get it done.Driver asked if he could put in driveway,i said yes.Even then he could not get the trailer jacked to get it up driveway.

They had some trouble and couldn't make it on the arranged date/time however, they did arrange for a replacement (On the Move USA) that came the next day and provided excellent service.

Very nice and friendly. A bit confusing on timing... At first said they'd come very early, but then moved that back by several hours. However, kept me updated on timing as it changed.
