Dissatisfied. My wife was grimacing at each item they offloaded. They dropped/damaged at least 4 items. Didn't return to fix either. Talked more than worked. Didn't bring a dolly against uhaul policy.

Due to Uhauls website did not get my submission so I received no call indicated needed 4 hrs w/ 2 movers & 2 hrs late & it so took 6.5 & I was asked to pay extra $100 in cash w/ no receipt offer
