My husband had to repack two u-boxes. They did not pack things efficiently-we could have moved with one less u-box. They packed a mattress by folding it on 1 end. Packed heavy boxes on dishes.

The 2 men from Fair and Square Movers who came to help us unload our UHaul truck came 23 hours late; we unloaded most of the truck ourselves; they were here 15 min but we still had to pay full price.

Horrible company. Never called when late. Kept on telling me that they will be there in 10 mins and giving excuses. Showed up 2 hrs late and then shoved things in truck resulting in lots of damage.
