Was disappointed with the service. Arrived 15 min late to a home that was totally empty and needed basic cleaning. One woman took 2 smoke breaks and my wife had to jump in just so she would keep up

My only issue is that I was not informed that the helpers could neither hear nor speak and we had a difficult time understanding each other. They were, however, very pleasant and hard working
