I requested 4 helpers and received 3 helpers and a 'supervisor.' The supervisor requested the pay code multiple times before the job was done. Once I sent it to them they tried to get me to cut a check because they were having banking issues between them and U-Haul, which created an uncomfortable environment. Not a very professional bunch, but I am glad to see them sober and working.

Mike was very helpful. The movers were courteous. They did a great job making everything fit; however, the unloaders in long beach mentioned everything was packed improperly. Boxes weren’t stacked, just kind of thrown in there. Some of my furniture broke or was damaged. I wasn’t happy about tha
