Somehow my truck rental through U-Haul got messed up. I wasn't able to get a straight answer from anyone at U-Haul about what happened to my reservation. It had been cancelled, but I didn't cancel it.

The travel fee of $120.00 is outrageous, but the customer has no choice. I can't recommend U HAUL because of this fee. :(
