They were late.. Many items were slightly damaged during loading. We were quoted$160.00, but were billed over $200.00. We'd like a complete refund to repair damages.

They did a great job. I had a problem getting the payment code. U-Haul was uninformed on how I could get the code and the help number wouldn't work correctly.

Antique furniture improperly packed. Used too few blankets even though there were plenty left pver. This caused a major scrape that has already appeared.

These two gentlemen were wonderful. I did not book them until the very last minute and they were there in two hrs. The worked VERY hard in the heat and never stopped until they were finished.

did not load truck properly at destination most of my items has collapse and some items got broken and damage. Left items because a lot empty space in the back of the truck.
