Victor took the time to explain the U-Box process when the actual U-Haul location and person who took the order did not. U-Haul needs to communicate this service better and how the process works.

Required a 3rd trip as UHaul Center did not have double trailer for UBoxes. UNEXPECTED COST after MANY headaches with the company with this move. MOVING HELP WAS EXCELLENT THOUGH!
