Workers wore flip flops, which seemed to be an issue from time to time. Second helper was not a usual moving helper. He was asked by employer on that day to help out, so he wasn’t always sure about what to do. This slowed things down.

The contact msg gave a number to a full mailbox, but within 10 minutes I received a callback from a person who just dialed back the number on their id. He quickly get the team of 2 together and the met me at the location and unloaded. All ended very well.

They, unfortunately, we're over 2 hours late. I had to keep calling to check on status rather than being contacted by them. When they got here they got the job done quickly and efficiently. If you use them, I would recommend being early in the morning rather than later in the day
