contracted for 3 workers/2 hours, only 2 came but they were beyond wonderful & helpful and stayed until we got the job done. very friendly, professional, recommend highly. Happy customer..

Movers had to wait on me for 30 minutes due to the fact that my rental trailer was not at pickup point and was sent to another site for pickup. I feel that U-Haul should be responsible for the 30 min.
