There was some initial confusion when I booked the movers through UHaul. They didn't realize I paid in advance and they only had one person available for my 2-person move. However my contact rectified the issue by finding another person to help with the move. Overall they were good and very polite.

My two mattresses are scratches badly even I put a plastic protection on it. It apparently pull and drag poorly on the street. And the damage of my mattresses are permanent.
