Boxes mislabeled, items damaged. Many items, moreso than what you'd expect from a typical move. At $75/hr these prices are nearly what you'd expect from professional movers, and it was far from that.

Many of our items were damaged. We didn't know until we arrived and unloaded at our new home. We will pursue ways to try and get things resolved, but we are very upset

slow, two out of three workers inexperienced. Had to pay for more time and was hard to do through this site. Also many boxes mismarked and items damaged. No way to know until all is over so had to pay

Like every homeowner we tend to underestimate the amount of stuff that needs to be loaded. The truck took 7hrs to load and the crew was 2 hrs. late to the job. This Crew gets an Average Rating!

They showed up on time but it took them 2 extra hours and we still had to unload several items ourselves. For an unload job it should have only taken the 2 base hours.
