Do not hire this company! Arrival was 1.5 hrs late then soon after beginning wanted a smoke break. There were only 17 pieces of furniture, primarily small tables and the rest was boxes. They assisted me in unloading a 26ft uhaul fully loaded at 14 thousand lbs. Did not stop working until the truck was empty about 3 hrs. Would use them again.

They dropped my piano down the outside stairs and cracked the end of it. No apology no offer to reimburse, just acted like it didn’t happen. They were awful.

We had another moving company cancel on us just the afternoon before. Brocks Transport gave us a cheaper rate and were able to come the very next morning. They were a little late but got the job done with great care for the piano we were moving! I would use them again!
