Moved items swiftly. Supposedly there was a malfunction with the truck they brought to provide the service. Sent one guy with us to the new location to unload the truck, which we had to help.

Finished early which was fine but didn't unwrap furniture or ask if we wanted it unwrapped. Seemed to be in hurry to leave. I've used uhaul movers 4 times now & they always asked or just did it.

not the best sched. coordination. Movers were professional, but I asked 9 specific pieces be blanketed, they weren't. Unload crew showed me lots of damage, tho not catastrophic. long delay for survey.
