Unprofessional, inexperienced, unapologetic. He arrived four hours late because of a miscommunication with UHaul. Couldn't maneuver the trailer; seemed like his first time. Hire a pro instead.

Matthew Gamarra was wonderful. He called in advance to prepare me. He also told me to buy a lock for the U-Box, and to check will the U-Haul center a day in advance to make sure the box was ready.
