showed up an hour late and took fifteen minutes to back the truck up. They were both very nice. One of them was on the phone a lot. We were late turning in truck due to delay. hard to contact.

The crew did a great job, were competent and friendly. They arrived late due to traffic. It was difficult and time consuming to contact Bum Rush Moving Co. to get updates on arrival time.

It was good.My biggest compliant was he did not even bring the dolly and when asked mentioned that we had to inform them to bring the dolly when I expected that should happen by default.

We reserved a crew of 4 guys for 2 hours. When they showed up, the supervisor informed me he & another guy had to leave for a different job. The 2 laborers who stayed were alone and inexperienced
