Terrible and very disappointing. Had a reservation for 1130am and they didn’t show up until 2:30pm. They said they wanted to eat lunch first. Never apologized and still wanted to charge full price for moving a refrigerator which took 10 min. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

We had several things with glass that were not set aside or wrapped properly. As a result the glass was broken. The load shifted during transit and damage the finish on some furniture.

We wanted them there by 9 they said they couldn’t come till 10 but didn’t show up till 11:25. My husband had already moved 90% Of the stuff from the pod to The UHaul by himself. The big stuff was left. They did help with the big stuff and did a great job once they got there. They did maybe 30 m
