Over a month later, I am still mad about this. $800 for 4 hours of help. I was ready to send them off after 3. Yes, they lifted the heavy things, but I am not here to coach them on how to efficiently use the space in the boxes. They hit all the corners in the house, put the furniture down on the concrete, and, worst of all, were lousy at packing. We rented the U-boxes and took everything out of them after they left and repacked. When we repacked we got enough space to free up an entire box. The boxes and furniture were already sorted in the house! Also, the helpers let me know that they only make $15 per hour and really wanted a tip and lunch.
