The company was overbooked and Dave and his partner arrived 3 hours later than their agreed upon time. The 3 hour delay was not relayed to me proactively. The crew worked quickly once they arrived.

The overall experience was great. Unfortunately, our wooden dresser did fall off the truck and was damaged, as was a lamp. Luckily, these are both repairable. They were professional and worked hard. O
