We called Uhaul of new bern nc to rent a U-box for a month to be delivered to our home. Our garage was flooded by the hurricane. When Tryon delivered, they told us that we had to give them our belongings and they were taking it to New Bern to store. That's NOT what we contracted Uhaul to do. So

The move was not well coordinated on behalf of Tryon Moving & Storage. The movers came without any tools to assist with move (ex. dolly, tools to breakdown bedroom furniture. Terrible experience!!
