The owner was unable to fulfill my request of two people for two hours, Instead, my fiancé had to help the one mover he sent. We were not pleased and when I asked for a partial refund, he refused.

Although there was a small hiccup in my reservation (one of the movers had an emergency and wasn't able to arrive), the company showed excellent customer service, and I was very satisfied.

Nice and polite blokes! I wish they worked a bit quicker at times, but we finished more or less on time. My main concern: The comp. didn't have the insurance which my landlord requires of movers.

The two gentlemen who came (Jason and I think Lance) were punctual, quick, and thorough. It only took them about a half hour to move me in! They get top marks from me all around! A+ service!

Lance and Jason were awesome. They arrived on time, moved very quickly and efficiently and were nice as well. We finished the move early and they made sure not to sing the furniture or the walls.
