They communicated by text, and were accommodating last minute, but did plan out packing box, or work well as a team. This caused the packing to take longer than nessesary. Overpriced for the ROI.

A handful of things were loaded quite poorly resulting in several boxes being crushed despite being labeled as fragile. It seems pretty basic to know which direction cardboard boxes crush easily.

There was a miscommunication in the steps necessary to have a seamless move. When faced with set backs my mover responded emotionally and blamed me for the miscommunication.
