The packer called to tell us, while he was on the way from Topeka, 2 hours away, that he's allowed to charge for hours while driving if the job is more than 50 miles away. He showed up with a helper who smelled strongly of cat pee, and proceeded to just throw (literally throw) everything into boxes.

The movers were great! I am agree that your website charged me $401.95 when I only owed $180 and now have to wait until to 7 days for a refund while in the middle of moving.
