Our movers this weekend were such a great help, they did a great job helping us, from loading to unloading our things (even being on the third floor, with no elevator). Hired T. to pickup 1 couch & load into storage for us. He told us the job was completed so I issued the payment code. 2 weeks later we need the couch delivered (booked him again) & it's missing. When I call about him about it he hangs up. We need this couch back!

Universal moved us in 2015 to State College and moved us again internal to State College. Does a really good job. Professional and knows how to handle things to not damage anything. Went above and beyond and moved and hooked up a dryer into our upstairs laundry room.
