Arrived late, but finished ahead of schedule. Accepted the job with only one day's notice. Truck was packed well with everything intact upon arriving at destination. Helpers even provided a tie-down strap and a blanket. I'm glad I called.

They didn't show up at the agreed upon time, damaged my $4000 stereo speakers, scuffing the finish and scraping them, threw pieces of my expensive home theater couch up from the first to the second story, and seemed to be in a rush the entire time. They left after 45 minutes when I paid for 2 hours
