They helped us load for 2 hours. There was significant damage done to the walls, doorways and stair railings, and they clearly had no idea how to pad furniture and load a truck; Everything was loaded randomly, things were just thrown in, many furniture items were damaged and nothing was secure. We provided moving blankets and ample ties for them. We had to offload and re-load everything ourselves after they left. Never again.

The movers accepted money for a full move when they decided (After already moving some stuff) that they were 'not comfortable' because a person (that was not in contact, near or in contact had covid) They demanded the payment code for 'travel expenses' I don't believe it was right of them to take on a job if they didn't like how far away it was, regardless I agreed that we would pay some for travel and their time, but they took the full payment and would not reimburse any - I think half of our payment would be fair to return. Honestly, I would have been ok with a little less than half returned also - We were completely shut down when we tried to resolve this issue - They also made my employee that was moving feel very uncomfortable - which I heard over the phone - Customer service would be rated below zero if possible.
